Another St Patrick's Celebration -- Book Club!

First we actually got to play outside at a playground! Carla's first time (other than being asleep in a stroller last summer/fall)!

Then we stayed at Gramma's for book club, and Anna got an outfit to wear with Gramma when they bake :)

We saw a turtle!

Back to the Rain Forest a week later - I think my camera spent a week in the car! Whoops! So this time we spotted a turtle in the rain forest path before you get in to the part with all the animals! It was right at the edge of the path as you'll see. Maddie and Anna had a ball with it! Anna even ....ssssssh....picked it up! I almost croaked -- it's one of those things -- never touch the animals, unless somebody tells you that it's ok. Anyway, it was a very exciting beginning to our rain forest visit! I just love that shot of Maddie :)

Carla had a fun day too!
