Pig tails :)

Today Anna made a joke. She said "Anna 5, noooooo, Anna 1!" She is doing this funny "hmmmm" (like you'd scratch your head in thought) and squatting down looking all around for whatever is missing. She had fun trying to "follow boys" in the barn to go down the slide at the Children's Museum too.

Nutmeg's Heartbeat!

Today Doctor Bose was so sweet to let Anna help her find the baby's heartbeat. She squirted the gel onto my tummy and actually held (along with the doctor) the heartbeat microphone! It was adorable! And Anna was so proud :)

Tool Time

Anna got her own set of tools to help Daddy finish putting up the "new hinges". The tools sometimes serve as something a little more girlie, such as the drill bits that are apparently "lipstick".

Groundhog Day

Anna is becoming more and more imaginative. It's so cute to see her acting out little scenes with her animals, babies, food, and especially a bunch of rocks that are your newest toys. She helps me cook (macaroni and cheese) and bake (muffins). She is always saying "Naaaaaame?" for everything, meaning "what is this? or who is this?". She knows her street, city, state, and country (though for country she usually says "123 say"). I guess USA sounds like 123 and the "say" is the ending of "USA". She is talking so much, and goes around saying "aaaaah!" for her cute teddy bear or dolly.

See, she looks like Daddy too!

This is the money tree that we returned to Costco because it was too fragile. A few little branches broke off. It looked really real, as in alive, and the reason for that was because it was alive! Of course a live tree is going to be fragile, but after all the work of getting it back to the store, I returned it even though I liked it as a "real tree". Oh well, maybe we'll buy one another time. Cute picture anyway!

Visit with Grandma J and cousins

Today Grandma cut a few inches off the back of your hair! She usually only clips her bangs. It looks great! Anna fell a sleep on the drive home. Anna learned her middle and last name today too.

Hill Family visit!

Tonight we decided Anna might have a UTI since she was really hurting when she tried to pee and we didn't want her to be uncomfortable and "holding it". We'll try again some other time, hopefully before new baby comes!

On a more exciting note!, Uncle Dan, Aunt Sonal, Evan, and Mira came for a fun visit from Cincinnati this weekend! Evan and Anna played Wii with the Dads, and Anna is now constantly saying "bowlin' again!".

New look?

Pretty girls :)

Anna started potty training today. She had 5 accidents in the first 45 minutes! The rest of the day was better :) We'll see how it goes...

Loves her books!

Impressive memory - Anna saw a picture from NY (we moved when she was 16 months old) and said "shower" when all you could see was some of our shower curtain in the background, and we haven't used it here in Ohio!

Happy 60th Birthday Grandpa Nardi!

More fun at the Children's Museum...check out this sculpture made of 18 tons of sand!

We went shopping with Gramma and then she was teaching Anna how to make kissy lips and doing the "thumb/nose eating trick". Now Anna REALLY tries to eat my nose!

Children's Museum

We went with Zia Tanya, Violetta, and Dionisio to the children's museum. We had fun playing house, running around in the sand, splashing in the water, and shopping at the market!

Then at night, Anna discovered the "Hot, Hot, Hot!" song and loved it! She called it "ole!" and kept saying "ole again please!" We found a puppet band singing it on Youtube and she just loves it! Here's it is!

Last Day of Gym and Swim

Anna loves Tuesdays when she gets to go to the YMCA. She has learned how to do a somersault, go down the slide without getting her legs stuck, and even tries to ride the tricycle! She learned lots of songs like ring-around-the-rosy, I'm a little teapot, and head, shoulders, knees, and toes. In the pool, she is a great kicker, comes in from the side, either sitting or standing, and she blows bubbles and gets the different parts of her face wet. She talks about Briann (her instructor) and Julie (the lifeguard) all week until we get to see them again.

Party, decorating, and picture-taking

Today we went to the Highland Heights Christmas party...decorating cookies, visiting with Rudolph, Santa, and Frosty, getting penguin and candy cane balloons, and making ornaments, even one for Nutmeg! Then we decorated the Christmas tree! Anna even got a hold of the camera to take some pictures of the day!

Joys of June (Anna at 14 months old)

This is a video of Anna throughout June this summer. She was just starting to speak more words, and did some cute things like kicking her feet, and pretending to eat cookies from her purse. There are also a few clips from Nicholas' high school graduation, party, and my cousin, Holly's wedding.

July Jubilees 2007 (Anna at 15 months old)

Anna was busy in Cleveland (when we lived in Albany), Minnesota, and Philadelphia this month being cute, cute, cute. Enjoy.

Animated in August 2007 (Anna is 16 months old)

We move out of NY and into Ohio this month and Anna kept the whole experience fun and entertaining, as always.

Silly in September (Anna is 17 months old)

Anna is playing on her pony, dancing ring-around-the-rosy with Daddy, and running around at the library for story hour. We're getting closer to up-to-date now! Enjoy! Also, remember there are photos below that are more current.

Happy Birthday Aunt Lisa! GE Lighting!

The great turning on of the lights!

All the lights were so colorful and pretty - we'll have to go back and see them again!

Lots of fun with Santa Claus, snowmen, reindeer, gifts,
Zia Tanya, Giuseppe, Violetta, Dionisio, Nana,
Gramma, Pas, David, Erika, Uncle Ben, and Aunt Lisa.

Ring-around-the-rosy with Daddy and Erika. Aren't we pretty? Well, Daddy is handsome!

Philadelphia visit!

It was so nice to spend time with Uncle Michael, Aunt Ashley, and her sisters and dad, Alison, Aimee, and Jay! It was so fun playing with all of the kitties and putting up Christmas decorations! ...and bouncing around with Uncle Michael!

Boy are we beat.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a full house today! 25 people enjoyed a wonderful feast that wouldn't have been possible without the help of all 25! Thanks everyone! Daddy got to use the new oven to make our first family turkey - boy was it delicious!

I got to wear this pretty dress passed down from my cousin Megan, and I had fun posing!

Some nice shots from our celebration.

Three beautiful ladies!

Thanksgiving feast preparations

Gramma came to help set up for our big day and I got to help pat down the napkins at each place setting (very important job). I was wearing my new dress from Puerto Vallerta. Gramma and I got to relax and read stories after all of our hard work. Notice below, something really shocked me, though I can't now remember what it was...must have been good!
