Our new home!

We are settling in nicely here. Anna is sleeping really well in her new room and the boxes are almost "empty" (one of Anna's new favorite words!)! We've had lots of help from everybody and couldn't have done it without all of you, from cleaning, to carrying and unpacking boxes, to taking care of Anna -- thank you, thank you, thank you! Anna is growing older by the day, doing so many cute, cute things. Mike and I already played in a soccer game last weekend -- it was fun to play with the Blue Ducks once again! Also, Saint Pascal Baylon seems like a really friendly parish and the church is all glass, so it looks like we are in the middle of a rain forest, and with the snow I hear it looks like a winter wonderland. We've been happy to find that our neighbors have all been really welcoming. Stay tuned for pictures of our sweetheart, as well as our new home, coming soon!

Moving from NY

Here are some pictures of the last few weeks in NY and the craziness of packing up our things! The last few are in Denny's when Anna decided that she was ready for a new day - at 1am!

Updates!

Mommy thought she'd be waiting until we were settled in Ohio before adding anything to this blog, but it seems that Mommy was a bit lax in her photo-taking while we were all away for 5 weeks, so it shouldn't be too difficult to get up-to-date. We are moving to Ohio in 2 weeks! We are moving into a house, with a yard and a garage! We're all thrilled and having fun packing, packing, packing.

Here is a little trick-shot of me and Ella, my friend in Pennsylvania. Ella has a new little brother, Ty, who is probably as old today as Ella and I were in the photo! Our homes are far away (closer soon!), but our hearts are and will always be close!

It's a jungle out there

Boots turned out to be less inappropriate than expected
when we found the grass to be pretty long for Anna.

For a while it was panting for excitement, then there was this phase when she would make a funny sound by sucking in all the air she could to show excitement, and now she does this silent dropping of her jaw when she is excited!

Home Sweet Home
